 Fried Brown Rice

INGREDIENTS
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 green onions, chopped
2 egg whites (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
3 tablespoons sesame oil
4 cups steamed cooked brown rice
4 tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
1 cup brocolli, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup small raw shrimp, shelled (optional)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
salt, pepper and paprika (to taste)
TIP
FRY THE INGREDIENTS SEPARATELY
Make sure that you can taste each individual ingredient.
To achieve this, fry the shrimp first, remove from wok when almost cooked, then the egg whites, then the vegetables (same, almost cooked), the egg whites and finally mix the rice with all the ingredients.
Heat the wok on high add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, add shrimp and salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Flip over and fry for 50 seconds, remove the shrimp from the wok onto a bowl. Turn heat to medium, add the egg whites and scramble until cooked, dish out from the wok into the bowl with the shrimp, add sesame oil,  when the oil is very hot add the green onion and garlic, sautée for a few seconds, add the vegetables  and brown them for3 minutes, add the rice, shrimp, egg whites, stir to mix; add the soy sauce, lemon juice and sesame seeds.
Enjoy!!
